KOMODO NATIONAL PARK · LABUAN BAJO
See the best of Komodo in a single day — Padar's viewpoint, Pink Beach and the manta rays, back in Labuan Bajo by evening.
Not everyone has three days. The one-day trip runs the same headline stops as the sailing itineraries — Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island and Manta Point — on a fast boat that leaves at first light and is back in the harbour before dinner.
It suits travellers on a tight Flores schedule, or anyone who wants to see the park without an overnight on board. Groups stay small so the stops don't turn into queues.

The three-bay viewpoint, climbed at sunrise before the crowds.

Rose-tinted sand and easy snorkelling straight off the shore.

A ranger-led walk to see the dragons in the wild.

Swimming above manta rays in the channel current.

A crescent sandbar that appears at low tide.

A last reef stop before the run back to Labuan Bajo.
One long, full day. The order of stops changes with the tide and the ranger schedule on Komodo Island.
Pickup from your hotel in Labuan Bajo and a speedboat transfer out towards Padar in the dark.
The climb to the ridge for sunrise over the three bays, then back down for breakfast on board.
Snorkelling at Pink Beach, then the ranger-led dragon trek on Komodo Island.
Manta Point and Taka Makassar, a final snorkel at Kanawa, and back in Labuan Bajo around 17:00–18:00.
