Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type into it. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as this one. We see your WhatsApp display name and phone number, because that is how WhatsApp works.

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate faults.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to arrange and run the trip you book, and to keep records of bookings for accounting purposes. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

Boat operators, crews, drivers and accommodation providers, but only the details needed to run your trip — typically your name, group size and dates.

Our email and hosting providers, as processors, because your message has to travel through them to reach us.

Authorities where the law requires it, for example national park registration.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting rules require.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary ones set by our host to serve the site.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the EU or UK, those rights apply to you and we will honour them.
