Booking and payment

Trips are arranged over WhatsApp or email. There is no online checkout on this site.

A place is held once a deposit has been received. The balance is due before departure. Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Prices shown on this site are indicative and may change with season, fuel costs and availability until we confirm your booking.

What is included

Each boat and trip page lists what the price includes and excludes. Komodo National Park entrance fees, flights and personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.

Changes and cancellation

If you need to change dates, tell us as early as possible and we will do what we can. Cancellation terms depend on how close to departure you cancel and are confirmed in writing when you book.

We may change or cancel a trip for reasons of safety, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If we cancel, we will offer you an alternative date or a refund.

Itineraries

Published itineraries are a guide. Captains and guides may reorder or substitute stops for weather, tides, park regulations or safety. Wildlife sightings, including Komodo dragons and manta rays, cannot be guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

Travel insurance is your responsibility and we strongly recommend it. You are responsible for having valid travel documents.

Tell us before departure about medical conditions, dietary requirements or swimming ability that could affect your trip. Crews may refuse participation in an activity where they judge it unsafe.

Liability

We take safety seriously and our boats carry full safety equipment. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
